I did the training and obtained the Certifications (PCC, ELI-MP, NLP to name a few) - but more importantly, this was the journey I was on. So, once I was on the other side of it, I created this website and built the path for other women, like you, to find me.

I'm not here to help you manage what I call "The little t truths". Those are the stories you've told yourself for so long they've started to feel real. I'm here to help you get to the root of THE TRUTH. "The BIG T." Who you actually are, underneath everything you've convinced yourself you should be. That process and journey looks different for every woman, so my coaching does as well. But here are a couple of the ways we can do this work together.
One-on-One Coaching
This is for the woman who's tired of hitting the same wall in a different outfit. Coaching with me can be ongoing, personal, and real. No script, no fluff. We get to the root and foundation of who you were created, designed, and refined to be, and we build your life, business, and confidence from the ground up. So you can finally live an authentically aligned life - out loud. Not eventually. Now.
This coaching could take place:
> As a single call, to address a specific challenge
> A package of six calls, to support you through the challenge.
> Or a six-month container, to fully support you to refine, shine, and step into this next journey, fully aligned, authentic and present to the power you possess within.
Consulting Intensive
Maybe you don't need months of meetings added to your calendar. Maybe you need one day where someone finally acts as a sounding board and holds a mirror up to help you see what's actually true for you. This is what I love to call a VIP DAY or CONSULTING INTENSIVE. It can either be a focused half-day or full-day session for the woman who's done waiting for clarity to show up on its own. She's here to claim it! Whether that's starting a business. Building a brand. Getting your back office in order. Stepping into a new career or embarking on a transition you can't quite name yet.
Whatever it is, you've done a lot of the inner work - now, the obstacle in something less obvious. Maybe it's logistics, limiting beliefs or the doubts standing behind them. We get to the root of it together, so you can walk away with an actual plan, not another to-do list that never gets done.

I won't tell you who to become, or how you should show up in the world. I believe you already know that answer. I'm here to help you uncover what's already there: who you were created to be, who you were designed to become, and who you've been refined into being every step of your journey, every time life asks more of you.
I bring faith into this work without preaching it. I also bring Human Design, astrology, strengths and neuroscience into it too. Because, I know how critical it is for you to understand every aspect of how you were created and designed to function and show up in the world. Knowing this information not only gives you insight you never had before but it gives you permission to be you - allowing both of us an understanding of how you're wired, which is the foundation of our work together. So we never work from a generic - one size fits all framework.
I've lived and fully understand the personal and emotional cost of living with someone else's expectations as if they were your identity. And I've discovered what it takes to set that burden down and allow myself the space to find out who was underneath the mask the whole time.
That's the work I do and the gift I offer you.
